- 2kgs after 10days

an awesome number! serious. after i learned about daily calorie requirement a.k.a DCR and calorie intake and deficit calorie, the result is as expected. total deficit for 10 days is = 17881.23 kcal. do remember, 7700kcal = 1kg. Thus, 17881.23 / 7700 = 2.322kgs! Mission was accomplished. for a long term, it still far to go but i already foresee the future! *glad!

it is true when Kevin Zahri said in order for you to lose your weight u need to be knowledgeable. u need to understand ur body. u need to know ur strengths and weaknesses. apart of that, u need to know what is your source of foods. more information? just make a visit to kevin zahri's blog. the information is superb. wish to share ur experience with him? just join his 'Jom Kurus' program. cheaper than other lose weight miracle pills, or program in the market.

kevin said - "diet is not for short period term. it is supposedly from 1st of Jan to 31st of Dec EVERY YEAR. not only for three months like others like to apply..." again. i couldn't agree more with him. diet is not a program. it is a LIFESTYLE.  so, to apply this healthy lifestyle only you can help urself. how?

1 - learn about your DCR. different people needs different DCR. even ur bestfriend.
2 - learn about calorie. then, you can set what to eat for urself.
3 - eating is not about to pamper ur desire. it is only to give u energy. remember, anything that u consume will give u energy.
4 - DCR is for everyday! no such "its ok. have extra today. and make it less tomorrow.." it is a big NO-NO. because, less energy supply will lead to low metabolism. low metabolism makes your body find difficulty to burn calorie. hence, u'll be fatigue, extra hungry, to some they might feel dizziness. it is important to ensure ur metabolism is at optimum level. again, understand ur body.
5 - enjoy your food!!!! whoa. who said that while practicing healthy diet u can only eat "less sugar", "low fat", "hi-fibre" and other "healthy" labelled? HAHAH. this is why you have to know about the calorie. get to know them and be friend with them. how? make a visit to kevin's blog!
6 - i prefer to mix and match my lifestyle. i learned a lot from successful stories. ouh. it is in kevin's blog. again! beside inspired me, they shared few tips that can be applicable to others. but, Nina Alyssa's story was the burning fire to me.
7 - keep urself busy. yes! keep urself busy. say, if u have so much free time on ur weekend use that time to clean up ur house. laundry. or what ever that can help you not to think about food. 1st phase is the crucial phase because it will be the transition from less healthy lifestyle to healthy lifestyle. Damon Salvatore said - avoiding your nature is a delusional. ngehhhhh! then, slowly your body can adapt the new style. so, relax. don't get emotional.
8 - be happy! yes. don't treat your new healthy lifestyle as a "force". make it as a compulsory but not a force. when you force yourself you will do it without your willingness. how sad! it will make u unhappy. make a cooperation with ur body. it is compulsory to control the calorie intake but not necessary to have 24/7 exercise. get it?
9 -  calorie intake journal. hey, how will i know about my calorie intake and my calorie deficit without i'm jotting down everything? yes. i'm tracking every single thing that i consumed and done. right formula, right action will help you to achieve the right figure. :)
10 - be strong! most of us failed to control because of weak mind set. that's the biggest enemy of us anyway. we easily feel comfortable with "who we are". that is why we tend to have an "ignorance" attitude. it is time to be the enemy of ur weight!

whoa. as i have loss 20kgs! keh3. not, just 2kgs. but the 2kgs was really making me overwhelming because the strategy works! i used to tell myself "naaa... it is impossible for me to loss my weight. i've been like this for almost my entire life. how can this "lemak tepu" to be shredded from my body...?no way"

if i can, others also can. eat to survive, not survive to eat. easy? aurevoir. je'taime.
