non-stop daily routine nowadays - 30 minutes of jogging and another 30 minutes of zumba. those who do not have a strong heart u better not to try. semput!!! serious. it is not an easy thing to remind yourself "keep doing it Chika. u can!" or "just a little bit... just carry on honey!". *haha! jenuh nak pujuk hati ok. tapi, demi -2kgs a month ku rempuhi jua. *hehe!
a wet tshirt is like a trophy to me. i feel so awesome when my tshirt wet because of my sweat. i can describe the satisfaction. BUT, when this 106kgs

kesibukan yg membuatkan L x sempat nak makan ikut jadual. nampak x alasan tu? *kehhhh! so, hari ni breakfast with 130.2 kcal. snack with 65kcal. lunch with 250kcal and diner with 500kcal. frankly speaking, L x rasa pun nasi kerabu yg L makan td tu sampai ke 500kcal. tp dalam anggar-menganggar ni L mmg suka amik nilai yg lebih besar. so, it will be ny reminder. *hee!
ok. total calorie intake hari ni 945.2. then, calorie out for jogging and zumba. setakat itu je la yg mampu kira. *hahaha! all i know, i control my calorie intake and i have an active lifestyle. insyaAllah, usaha akan berbaloi. at the moment mmg xnak kawan dgn alat penimbang berat. *jahat! okbye. love, love.
