- achieve vs maintenance

ok. admitted. it is not easy to maintain. to achieve, yes. it will possible to everyone. to maintain is something else. because u had the minimum set. to compare in previous time, u had no reference.

i dont know what has happened to me. all i know, i am exhausted. perhaps, i am too tired. i spent about 9 hours last nite to sleep since i had some headache after my workout session. n today, this evening, plus another two hours for sleep. is it because of i took some extra carbohydrate for my lunch or what. body adaptation, perhaps. *hurm!

for those who dont know (perghhhh! mcm ramai gile follower. bhahaha!) i am now in my regime diet training. no, not really "regime". not that brutal. is just, i am controlling everything. become as the calorie freak? normal. because that is the first thing that u have to know. the very first lesson. where to learn? make a visit to kevinzahri.com honey. u will get everything. included how to lose 5kgs between 5 weeks. awesome isn't? u better make a try.

ask yourself. what is ur preferable. n, please do not over do. control for the effect to be long last.

day after day, i still learn as to understand my body because i thot while applying a diet that is mean u have to cut out everything. and make sure ur consumption will be as little as u can. which is actually wrong. u need to know ur daily calorie requirement. only then u can plan. different people has different DCR. obviously, two different person need to consume to different numbers of calories. calories?! what? we are not eating the calories!!! we are eating carbohydrates, proteins.. etc. hye, relax! those things are contains with calories. *fact!
